- Highly skilled Technical Support Teams
- Qualified Rope Access Teams (Level 3 Supervisors and Level 1 and Level 2 Tradespersons)
- Quality Assured tried and tested workshop supported manufacturing services backing all site operations
- Stable workforce ensuring continuity of personnel
- Trained and skilled Human Resources, Health and Safety and Accounting Teams
Apprentices and Trainees
Camco also has a well-established and successful apprenticeship programme of which we are very proud. Since inception, Camco has employed apprentices at the rate of approximately 1 per 10 tradespeople each year, and in the 25 years since the business was established, is proud to have trained over 230 apprentices and trained to certification. Our apprenticeship programme is well regarded within the industry and we regularly host apprentices from major resource companies, such as Rio Tinto Iron Ore and BHP Billiton Iron Ore, to provide practical exposure and training.
