QUALITY CONTROL

BACK TO TOPCamco Engineering operates a Quality Control system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Camco is also NATA certified for mechanical testing in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Measuring equipment is calibrated offering full traceability. Our dedicated inspection team is supported by the Romer 6 Axis Arm 7520 Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

Romer 6 Axis Arm 7520 Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

The Romer 6 Axis Arm CMM offers Camco Engineering the ability to measure accurately and efficiently supporting manufacturing data and quality control detail. The CMM 2.0m arm allows measurements within an overall range of 4.0 meters and to a tolerance of 0.025mm/0.0009in. Data and measurements delivered by the Romer 7520 CMM is in accordance with standards DIN, ISO, AGMA, JIS and CNOMO. The integrated QUINDOS software system produces clear accurate 3D graphics in an easy to interpret format.

The Romer 6 Axis Arm 7520 CMM is a precision tool applicable and available to Camco Engineering customers and their businesses.

Welding

WELDING

BACK TO TOPWelding activities at Camco Engineering are performed to the highest standards in accordance with ISO 3834 Part 2. Shop floor welding operations at Camco Engineering are managed under the strict guidance of qualified welding supervisors and inspectors, with procedures managed by a Certified Welding Engineer (AWS CWE). Our specialty welding services can offer full weld traceability to our customers and are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the oil & gas, power generation and mining industries.

Camco Engineering’s skilled team offers our customers:

  • Specialised procedures and processes developed for the successful welding of difficult to weld materials, dissimilar materials, reactive materials, exotic materials, wear resistant materials (chrome moly, nickel alloys, stainless steel, inconel, titanium, etc ).
  • Welding to all standards, including but not limited to: AWS-D1, AS 1554, ASME IX, AS 3992

Crusher Component Repair

CRUSHER COMPONENT REPAIRS

BACK TO TOPCamco Engineering’s crusher component repair facility is one of the largest in Australia. The fully equipped facility offers crusher repair operations to OEM standards. Camco is also able to modify and improve components to suit conditions with the help of our highly skilled, experienced staff.

Camco regularly refurbishes components for the following crusher types:

Screen Repair

SCREEN REPAIR

BACK TO TOPCamco Engineering’s screen facility in Belmont can handle a broad range of vibrating screens up to 40 tonnes in weight. Full and comprehensive refurbishment and repair can be undertaken including exciters and rubber lining. We can also supply and manufacture a wide range of spare parts for most screens. The screen division has full testing facilities for both screens and exciters. Load testing of exciters can be carried out with counter weights fitted.
Detailed test and monitoring reports are provided to clients including:

  • Failure mode analysis
  • Magnetic particle inspection
  • Operational data logged results
  • Stroke test card detail
  • Screen & Exciter rebuild reports

Camco service staff can perform minor screen maintenance onsite re-hucking screens insitu as an interim method to increase equipment life. Reverse engineering and design can be provided to improve screen performance and life.
